About the role

Analista Educacional PL role involves managing postgraduate course offerings and teacher allocations for PUCPR. Focus on educational quality and student engagement across online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor and execute the schedule of course offerings for postgraduate distance education (EaD) programs, ensuring the appropriate allocation of instructors responsible for delivering classes.
Maintain control, record and update information related to course delivery, ensuring traceability and organization of academic and operational data.
Contact coordinators and instructors to send formal invitations to teach courses, aligning expectations, deadlines and the scope of teaching activities.
Provide training for instructors on operational and institutional procedures for distance education classes, including use of learning platforms, internal workflows and pedagogical best practices.
Observe and monitor instructor performance during course delivery, ensuring compliance with contracted requirements, established deadlines and defined quality standards.
Request and follow up on instructor hiring, formalization and payment processes with the responsible administrative areas, ensuring compliance with internal workflows and deadlines.
Conduct instructor satisfaction surveys, consolidate results, analyze indicators and share key findings with academic coordinators to support continuous improvement of the process.
Monitor academic and operational performance indicators for courses and subjects (such as quality of synchronous sessions, instructor engagement and adherence to schedules), proposing adjustments and improvements as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Management or related fields.
Experience with distance education (EaD), preferably in postgraduate programs.
Experience in liaising with and supporting instructors and academic coordinators.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and synchronous class tools (Teams, Zoom).
Strong organizational skills, experience tracking schedules and controlling academic activities.
Good communication, proactivity and analytical skills.
Experience in educational data analysis, with the ability to interpret academic and operational indicators.
Experience or familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or similar.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic dashboards).
Experience building, monitoring or automating performance indicators.
Previous experience in continuous improvement projects or process optimization in academic or educational settings.
