Responsibilities
Structure and operationalize the Member Get Member (MGM) program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Plan, create and manage incentive campaigns for the customer base, focusing on lead generation and increased engagement.
Develop and optimize communication cadences and flows to drive activation and recurring engagement across the customer base.
Analyze MGM program and campaign performance, build Power BI dashboards and monitor KPIs to support decision-making.
Define and evolve rules, policies, and reward mechanics, ensuring efficiency and return on initiatives.
Ensure governance and consistency of the program, verifying correct operation of rules and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Growth, Management, or Data is desirable.
Experience with Member Get Member (MGM) programs, including design, management, and optimization of referral programs focused on customer acquisition and engagement.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced Excel.
Experience defining and tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
Good communication and organizational skills.
