Responsibilities
Support for the sales team (sales consultants, store managers, divisional managers and directors).
Liaison with all areas that interface with the sales operation (Finance, Infrastructure, Shared Services Center (CSC), ASCLI, Legal, vehicle legalization, Distribution, Help Desk, Quality and Training, Transformation, among others).
Responsible for managing the team and administrative processes for an entire sales division.
Responsible for the development and performance monitoring of the divisional administrative team.
Responsible for the routine management of the area’s KPIs.
Propose performance improvement actions based on KPI analysis.
Contribute to sales operations by proposing and developing best practices and processes.
Requirements
University degree.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience in people management.
Experience mediating and resolving conflicts.
