About the role
- Analyst responsible for metrics and reporting in a mobility sustainability company. Supporting decision-making and improving NPS and operational costs of the fleet.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and monitoring vehicle downtime, cost, and NPS indicators for the fleet to support decision-making and the achievement of goals and/or objectives that contribute to the area's metrics;
- Develop and enhance reports related to fleet downtime, cost, and NPS indicators by tracking and analyzing data and information, creating charts and presentations to support strategic decision-making by the relevant leadership;
- Support the team in preparing the weekly action plan;
- Help minimize fleet unproductive time, improve customer NPS, and reduce operating costs by monitoring and improving processes related to the management of vehicles under maintenance;
- Meet the targets established in the current Management Agreement by executing the actions defined in the target plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (relevant field);
- Experience with the following tools: Power BI, Microsoft Office suite, and SQL.
