About the role

  • Coordination of Hunter Sales Team at Localiza&Co in Belo Horizonte. Leading sales executives to ensure performance and strategic management of goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Hunter Sales team, ensuring strategic management of targets and KPIs;
  • Analyze results, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to boost sales and maximize performance;
  • Conduct monthly results meetings with an analytical approach and a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Carry out routine management tasks, provide feedback and coaching, and perform individual follow-up with team members;
  • Work in partnership with Training and Development to strengthen commercial and technical competencies;
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, results-oriented environment;
  • Ensure discipline in executing commercial strategies and drive innovation in sales processes;
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience in leading sales teams, preferably in a Hunter model
  • Strong track record working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Good communication skills and ability to develop people
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotating schedule).
