- Lead the Hunter Sales team, ensuring strategic management of targets and KPIs;
- Analyze results, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to boost sales and maximize performance;
- Conduct monthly results meetings with an analytical approach and a focus on continuous improvement;
- Carry out routine management tasks, provide feedback and coaching, and perform individual follow-up with team members;
- Work in partnership with Training and Development to strengthen commercial and technical competencies;
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, results-oriented environment;
- Ensure discipline in executing commercial strategies and drive innovation in sales processes;
- Availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Experience in leading sales teams, preferably in a Hunter model
- Strong track record working with sales targets and KPIs
- Good communication skills and ability to develop people
- Knowledge of sales techniques
