Responsibilities
Build and refine pricing models and methodologies for the segment;
Work with mutualized pricing, ensuring correct calculation methodologies and the evolution of expected results;
Ensure the financial performance of mutuality contracts by monitoring KPIs and margins, validating billings, and developing new strategies for the model;
Design and monitor statistical tests and tools to support decision-making in product pricing;
Monitor and reconcile the product's financial results, providing structured analyses and actionable insights for decision-making;
Execute the pricing strategy to identify optimal pricing scenarios aligned with business objectives;
Contribute to process improvements by proposing and implementing tools that facilitate information management and results analysis;
Seek more effective ways to present performance developments and propose improvements based on KPIs, as well as manage area processes to ensure governance and transparency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Analytical profile with strong logical reasoning;
Advanced Excel;
Knowledge of SQL;
Prior experience in pricing and revenue management;
Experience with R or Python is a plus;
