About the role
- Junior Analyst building and updating dashboards in Power BI for franchise results at Localiza&Co. Collaborating with various teams to enhance performance metrics and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building and updating Power BI dashboards containing franchise information/results, using tools such as SQL, GCP, Excel, etc.;
- Support managers and directors with data and information;
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports with results for the executive team;
- Support the technology team in developing and updating the database;
- Seek more effective ways to present the evolution of results and propose improvements based on indicators;
- Contribute to improving franchise performance by making results available;
- Be responsible for defining operational targets through analysis of parameters and information, according to current methodology and available resources;
- Interface with different departments to ensure alignment and synergy of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields);
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, GCP, databases;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Experience analyzing and monitoring results/metrics;
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
