Responsibilities
Develop, review and mature tracking for digital platforms together with development and technology teams;• Promote best practices for using analysis tools such as GA4, Appsflyer, BigQuery and Funnel;• Develop data sending and ingestion processes with media platforms, CRM tools and other partners;• Support data processing and structuring to generate Marketing intelligence, including attribution of the department's efforts;• Diagnose and fix Marketing integration issues;• Collaborate with media and performance teams, CRO, SEO and CRM to drive results and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields;• Good communication, teamwork, organization and process documentation skills;• Previous experience in Marketing or technology areas;• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tools;• Experience with data integrations, primarily with paid media platforms and CRM tools.
**DIFFERENTIALS:**
Previous experience working directly with Web Analytics teams, Data Engineering or marketing-focused data analysis;• Knowledge of Paid Media concepts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);• Knowledge of Front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or Data Engineering (SQL, Python);• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking user actions across digital channels;• Knowledge of MMP platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust) and Firebase;• Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts (Last Click, Multi-touch, DDA) and incrementality;• Experience developing in cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
