Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS, PMP preferred.
- Ability to lead technical teams, foster collaboration, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- In-depth understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and their role in integrating different software systems.
- Ability to work with developers and technical teams to design and/or implement API integrations.
- Proficiency in data import processes and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with setting up secure payment gateways and ensuring compliance with payment industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Knowledge of encryption and security protocols related to financial transactions.
- Knowledge of integrating with various software systems, third-party applications, and databases to create cohesive and efficient solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage project risks effectively.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and the ability to adapt project management practices to suit the project's needs.
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications.
- Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for software integrations and API-related solutions.
- Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office applications as well as industry-specific analysis software.
