About the role

• IT Project Manager managing full life-cycle of IT projects within a fast-paced tech environment. Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality project delivery while engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and management.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or partners.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, clarifications, and escalations, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Account management & Business Development activities by taking advantage new opportunities within each client’s ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience on Project Management roles and proven experience in managing the full life-cycle (all phases) of an IT project specifically focusing on Infrastructure and Security project.
• Knowledge and experience with Waterfall and/or Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in an Agile team role (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tribe/Chapter Lead, Release Train Engineer) would be an additional asset although not a prerequisite.
• Prepare weekly status updates for the projects and inform project stakeholders.
• Update project log and project artifacts (issues, risks, decisions, mitigation actions).
• Very good MS- Project and MS-Office skills; JIRA tool skills are desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial character.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills in Greek and English.
