- Partners strategically with functional product owners to define feature backlogs and requirements.

- Ensures project management practices are consistently followed and continuously improved as needed.
- Works closely with functional owners, technical project teams, and interdependent teams to drive successful execution.
- Serves as the Application Governance Leader for Sourcing applications, partnering with service providers to meet operational support and compliance requirements.
- Manages project risks, scope changes, and other non-standard events throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversees stakeholder communications and provides regular progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and knowledge.
- Professional background supported by strong experience in technology and business processes.
- Exposure to industrial businesses is strongly preferred.
- Experience contributing to full project lifecycles.
- Experience working with offshore teams, including development and/or application support.
- Foundational training and understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts.
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, supplier, and accounts payable systems.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with others to solve problems and incorporates input from multiple sources.
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across regions.
- Ability to apply knowledge to coach and mentor others.
- Demonstrated customer focus, with the ability to evaluate decisions from the customer’s perspective.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Change-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving process improvements.
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
- Awareness of ITIL or similar IT service management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
