About the role
- Implementation Analyst following vehicle implementation projects and ensuring technical compliance. Collaborating with suppliers and updating operational indicators in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up on vehicle implementation projects with suppliers.
- Perform periodic supplier visits to monitor production, assembly, and delivery schedules of implements and accessories.
- Ensure executed projects conform to the approved technical drawings.
- Support technical validation of projects during execution.
- Identify risks related to delays, quality, or technical compliance, and propose action plans.
- Record and track non-conformities, rework, and outstanding issues.
- Support the qualification and approval of new suppliers of implements and accessories.
- Update controls, status reports, and operational indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of vehicle implementation processes and the ability to read technical drawings.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal/commercial relationship skills.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Availability to travel.
