Responsibilities
Help bring our digital experiences to life by creating visually engaging content.
Work collaboratively alongside a full design multidisciplinary team.
Identify and solve real customer problems, putting human needs at the heart of solutions.
Apply creative thinking to solve complex problems and make them simple.
Design production assets, infographics, logos, and web/mobile interfaces.
Engage with design teams to understand objectives and opportunities aligned to good customer outcomes.
Master storytelling techniques to help the business communicate effectively.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience within Visual Design
A collaborative mindset ready to support a busy multi-disciplinary team.
Experience in solving visual design challenges and deliver experience-led brand digital journeys
Tons of energy and enthusiasm to bring visual design to where it’s needed
Understand and contribute with existing digital Design System and be an advocate of accessibility standards
Ambitions to work collaboratively with – and learn from - a full-stack design team, including Researchers, Content Designers, Service Designers and Interaction Designers.
Strong ability to see designs through to delivery – communicating with developers to ensure designs meet specifications and can be used by a broad range of users of all backgrounds, ages and abilities.
