Responsibilities
- Serve as Tech Lead on Livelo's strategic digital products, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and software engineering
- Support the technical growth of teams and the delivery of production solutions with quality, scalability and business impact

Requirements
- Technically lead the team, ensuring engineering best practices, code quality and architectural decisions (APIs, integrations and cloud)
- Support the design and evolution of AI and generative AI (LLM)-based solutions integrated into products
- Contribute to decisions on generative AI architectures (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration and response evaluation)
- Introduce and operationalize the use of AI in the development cycle (code, tests, documentation and automations)
- Act as a technical mentor, supporting the professional development of team members
- Apply and promote engineering best practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD)
- Build and integrate APIs and microservices that orchestrate models, data and business rules
- Monitor quality and technical efficiency metrics (code quality, stability, predictability)
- Bridge engineering, product, data and business teams, ensuring alignment and a focus on value.
