Responsibilities

  • Budgetary and financial management
  • Monitor cash flow and oversee financial execution
  • Prepare annual financial statements
  • Develop reporting tools
  • Ensure compliance with M4 accounting
  • Secure internal control procedures
  • Manage the Administrative and Financial team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (Bac+3) to Master's (Bac+5) degree in management or finance
  • Professional experience in public finance, a SPIC (public industrial and commercial service) or a municipal utility (régie)
  • Comfortable with data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
