Responsibilities
You are responsible for planning and implementing content strategies for our brand accounts.
You support the planning and execution of content productions.
You handle community management for the brand accounts of our brands on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
You take responsibility for the conception and planning of online campaigns and BTL & TTL marketing measures for our brands.
You actively shape the strategic direction of our brands — from positioning and target audience communication to developing creative, cross-platform initiatives.
You create brand reporting and presentations.
Requirements
You have a university degree with a focus on marketing, media management, or a comparable field.
You have already gained professional experience in marketing and social media.
You are familiar with the major social media platforms used by Generations Y & Z (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook) and have a strong sense for trends and topics.
You are communicative, enjoy working with people, and like solving complex situations and unexpected challenges.
You are a team player but can also work independently with a high level of personal commitment and willingness to go beyond the usual scope.
You bring a hands-on mentality paired with a friendly, balanced demeanor.
You have an independent, structured, and responsible working style.
You demonstrate a high level of dedication, reliability, and flexibility, and are open to business travel.
Experience working with artists and/or influencers, in content production, or basic knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere is a plus.
You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You are proficient with MS Office (very good MS Excel skills are a big plus).
