Responsibilities
Join the Technical Support team within Liebherr Mining’s After-Sales Service
Provide technical assistance to Customer Support, Warranty, and Product Support Representatives
Maintain regular follow-up with suppliers and participate in meetings with dealers
Address reliability and performance issues of diesel engines
Analyze field feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement
Lead anomaly tracking and manage improvement projects (PIR)
Coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers
Participate in new development activities related to engines and associated systems
Travel primarily to suppliers and, when required, occasionally to customer sites
Requirements
Master’s degree (BAC+5) or significant experience in diesel engine maintenance and reliability
Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus
Proven experience in diesel engine maintenance
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex technical issues
Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams and with external partners
