Senior Support Engineer providing complex 3rd Level Support at Delegate Technology for software solutions. Analyzing and resolving technical issues while working closely with Core Products Team.
Responsibilities
Central point of contact for complex technical issues
Support the 2nd-level support team with problems
In-depth analysis of system behavior and log files
Support the Core Products team with thorough analyses and proposed solutions
Evaluate issues and hand them over to the Core Products team in a structured manner
Requirements
Several years of experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle and database queries
Experience with .NET-based applications and web services
Understanding of software architectures
API knowledge, specifically JSON and XML data formats
Structured, solution-oriented working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
High motivation, resilience, team spirit and flexibility
