About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and further development of project teams within the scope of long-term change processes, including participation in organizational projects
- Preparation and moderation of workshops, information events and meetings in projects and in connection with the harmonization and optimization of processes
- Designing, developing and teaching methodological skills and practical guidance through trainings, workshops and coaching
- Supporting project managers in planning and controlling complex organizational projects with a focus on change management and communication
- Guiding organizational change as part of the digitalization of our internal value chain by applying solid methodological knowledge in organizational development, project and process management
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, organizational development and/or change management, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience and solid expertise in digitalization-related topics and issues around strategy, digital transformation and change management, as well as project experience
- Strong aptitude for interdisciplinary processes, analytical thinking and a high degree of teamwork
- Experience in presenting and moderating, and highly developed communication skills
- Ideally further training and certifications (e.g., Change Management or Business Coach)
