About the role
- Enterprise Architect facilitating IT architecture and EAM standards for Liebherr. Leading innovative projects within the global IT architecture framework and governance structures.
Responsibilities
- Mitgestaltung, Organisation und aktive Teilnahme an der lokalen EAM Working Group
- Mitwirkung an der gruppenweiten IT-Architektur und Vertretung der Liebherr-Gruppe im EAM-Board mit Schwerpunkt auf Architekturentscheidungen
- Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung des Architektur-Frameworks im Einklang mit der IT-Gruppenstrategie
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Architektur-Daten im zentralen Repository zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und strategischer Steuerung
- Kommunikation von Architekturstandards in IT und Business zur Förderung von Verständnis, Alignment und Zusammenarbeit auf Gruppen- und Spartenebene
- Aufbau und Pflege einer EAM-Community zur Förderung von Innovation und Best Practices
- Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung von Technologie- und Applikationsstandards gemäß IT-Governance
- Aufbau und Anwendung von Governance-Strukturen zur Sicherstellung architekturkonformer Standards
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Enterprise Architecture Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Architektur-Frameworks und IT-Governance-Strukturen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und strategische Denkweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
- Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung komplexer IT-Landschaften unter Berücksichtigung von Geschäftsprozessen und strategischen Zielsetzungen
- Routine im Change-Management sowie in der Begleitung und Kommunikation technischer Veränderungen
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz zur Steuerung von Entscheidungsprozessen in interdisziplinären Teams
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
