Responsibilities
Build and expand a monitoring environment for the PIM data supply chain
Monitor interfaces, schedulers, cron jobs, processes, logs, and status/error emails across the entire PIM data supply chain
Analyze and handle PIM 1st and 2nd level support via the helpdesk
Distribute tasks within the support chain
PIM user management, assignment of permissions and roles
Requirements
Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is essential
Basic knowledge of common interface technologies and tools (REST, SOAP, file-based formats such as XML, Swagger, etc.) is required
Ideally, solid experience in monitoring applications, interfaces, and monitoring systems
Combination of functional and technical/administrative PIM knowledge required
Basic understanding of the entire PIM data supply chain is an advantage
Basic experience with enterprise PIM systems (Stibo STEP or similar) is desirable
Basic knowledge of the products and product structures of a manufacturing industrial company is advantageous
Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
