About the role

  • IT Project Management Officer overseeing project lifecycles in Corporate IT. Collaborating with international stakeholders and ensuring project quality and standards compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—to ensure successful project delivery within Corporate IT
  • Review and quality-assure project documentation and advise Project Managers and project teams on applying global PM standards to ensure consistency, transparency and high project quality
  • Act as an interface to IT Project Portfolio Management and operational project management, including coordination, decision support and proactive cross-project communication
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings, prepare decision papers and contribute to the further development of the global IT PM framework
  • Participate in optimizing the PM tool landscape and dashboards to provide practical support to Project Managers and increase tool efficiency
  • Build and expand an international, cross-group PM network within Corporate IT by sharing best practices and lessons learned to strengthen Project Managers’ global project management competencies

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in IT project management
  • Deep understanding of project management processes and experience with project portfolio management tools
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with international stakeholders
  • Ability to create, manage and prepare complex project documentation and materials for decision-making
  • Very good English skills advantageous
  • Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is a plus
