About the role

  • Senior Solutions Consultant delivering client initiatives in supply chain management. Assessing needs, proposing solutions, and supporting implementation across various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs;
  • Propose a solution architecture and approach;
  • Demonstrate the system's capabilities.
  • Evaluate operations, technology, and opportunities;
  • Define the future solution architecture;
  • Recommend a roadmap and approach.
  • Define the optimal process and the corresponding feature set;
  • Resolve critical technical limitations;
  • Configure and train the client's team;
  • Test business process scenarios;
  • Onboard users and carry out transition activities;
  • Support operations and enable customers.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities;
  • Support solution upgrade and enhancement processes;
  • Assist clients with integration activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
  • 3+ years of experience in a services industry (audit, consulting, engineering, etc.);
  • Experience with enterprise software (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MES);
  • Experience deploying/commissioning large-scale distribution applications;
  • French and English are required for this position to perform activities outside the province of Quebec.
