Responsibilities
Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and merchants to enhance solutions, and achieve commercial outcomes.
This role is able to have both commercial and technical discussions to help design the solutions with our partners and merchants.
This role will be responsible to project manage the solution until go live, working with teams across Ezypay, the Merchant/Partner to ensure a successful launch.
Responsible for collaborating with partnerships team to identify opportunities for integration, co-development, and joint go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
A degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Partner Solutions role within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
Strong understanding of payment systems, including subscription billing and related technologies.
Experience working with acquirers, gateways, processors, or PayFac platforms, including embedded payments or ISV models.
Familiarity with PCI DSS, data security principles, and compliance considerations in payments.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business and technical scenarios.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex concepts clearly for clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven client‑facing experience with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and engagements in a fast‑paced environment.
