About the role
- Solution Architect overseeing all solutions for Digital Lab Operations and CMC at Sanofi. Collaborating with stakeholders to align technology strategy with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the design and implementation of all solutions for Digital Lab Operations Research & CMC operations
- Ensure alignment with architecture strategy and adhere to governance standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital Labs Operations & CMC experts to understand requirements and challenges
- Streamline and simplify existing architecture, delivering reusable services and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Provide clear and detailed leadership for Digital Labs Operations & CMC development architecture within projects
- Evaluate product usefulness and cost in the supplier selection process
- Create and maintain current and target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in CS, IS, Software Engineering or related fields
- Good understanding of existing IT technologies, data types, and ontologies at Sanofi R&D
- Extensive background in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of the processes and workflows in Digital Labs Operations & CMC
- Strong vendor relationship management skills
- Solid experience in Solution Architecture
- Experience with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations
- Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical/solution design
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Sanofi’s standards technologies (Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, Azure)
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
