About the role

  • Project Analyst responsible for managing pharmaceutical projects and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Position at a long-established Brazilian pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure visibility, management and control of the product line project portfolio.
  • Develop detailed plans that define the project scope, required resources and timelines for delivery.
  • Identify all project stakeholders and ensure effective communication among them.
  • Monitor project progress against the established plan, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare mitigation plans for potential project risks.
  • Allocate and manage the human, material and financial resources necessary for project execution.
  • Perform cost-benefit and financial feasibility analyses for new projects or changes to existing projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project aspects, including progress reports and lessons learned.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies and project management methodologies to apply best practices.
  • Serve as a champion of project culture, best practices, methodologies and project management tools in hybrid and agile models, acting as a reference within the business unit.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree.
  • Experience managing pharmaceutical product projects (medicines) within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., EPM, MS Project, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools and key performance indicators.
  • Intermediate English for communication/email exchange.
  • Knowledge of product project management methodologies using a hybrid model that combines agile elements (collaboration, self-management, customer focus, transparency and flexibility) with traditional elements (management by knowledge areas, e.g., scheduling, costs).
