About the role

  • Engineering Project Manager overseeing construction projects across Canada, managing facilities and their capital construction initiatives. Ensure successful delivery through project coordination and management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Product Supply System Canada facilities and Capital construction projects across the entire country
  • Develop, implement and manage multi-year construction projects in distribution facilities
  • Coordinate, plan and direct construction project activities from beginning to end
  • Create and validate scope, budget, timeline and deliverables
  • Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection
  • Prepare and execute contractual agreements with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Hire and manage selected subcontractor/vendor activities
  • Implement quality control systems to ensure required specifications are met
  • Develop multi-year capital project plan for assigned facilities

Requirements

  • Bilingual preferred (French and English)
  • University degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Structural) or a related discipline preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ project management experience
  • Technical expertise in building and facilities
