Responsibilities
Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and act as a trusted advisor for customers, answering their request for support and proactively engaging with them to ensure satisfaction and usage of the product.
Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, gathering insights to improve processes, enhance the product, and drive customer retention.
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, or similar).
Familiar with sales and customer support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
Proactive mindset, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-growing startup environment.
Bonus: Law degree (not mandatory but a plus).
Fluent in Italian and English.
