About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist at Lexroom.ai, providing support to legal professionals using our AI platform. Engage with customers and improve platform interactions through proactive assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and act as a trusted advisor for customers, answering their request for support and proactively engaging with them to ensure satisfaction and usage of the product.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, gathering insights to improve processes, enhance the product, and drive customer retention.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, or similar).
  • Familiar with sales and customer support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
  • Proactive mindset, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Bonus: Law degree (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
