About the role

  • Corporate Account Manager enhancing client retention with existing corporate customers at Love Business. Engaging clients with bespoke solutions in energy, water, connectivity, and payments.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with existing corporate customers throughout their life cycle
  • Build strong, trusted relationships to retain customers
  • Take a consultative approach to understand unique business requirements
  • Deliver tailored, bespoke solutions that truly add value
  • Introduce other products to customer base ensuring meaningful interactions

Requirements

  • Demonstratable outbound telesales experience
  • Previous success in an Outbound Sales or Account Management role
  • Confidence in ability to smash targets consistently
  • Ability to build rapport with larger corporate customers
  • Consultative approach to every conversation
  • Understanding complex business needs and creating bespoke renewal solutions
