Responsibilities
Develop and nurture an engaged community around the brand on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
Create and publish impactful content (posts, reels, stories, newsletters) highlighting the unique experience of our villas
Implement content strategies to attract visitors and convert them into direct customers
Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility
Optimize our website and digital channels to maximize conversions and engagement
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy based on results
Requirements
Proven experience in community management or digital marketing (ideally in hospitality, luxury or tourism)
Strong command of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Ability to create engaging content (copywriting, storytelling, basic editing)
Comfortable with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, community management tools)
Proactive, autonomous and creative with ideas to boost brand visibility
Knowledge of influencer marketing and ability to manage partnerships
