Requirements

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in contesti strutturati
Capacità di gestione di progetti in ambito tecnologico
Esperienze pregresse nella definizione ed applicazione di KPI per il monitoraggio delle attività di service management
Conoscenza della lingua Inglese parlata e scritta almeno a livello B2
