About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive analytics and reporting requirements and specifications
- Lead the design, creation, testing, and roll out of new dashboards, reports, and advanced data tools
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations
Requirements
- Must have advanced SQL skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree beneficial)
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineer, or a related role
- Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt
- Advanced experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
