Responsibilities
- Support Operational Excellence management by assisting in the management and monitoring of performance indicators for operational areas.
- Provide insights and support the development of levers to assist business areas, challenge teams to develop action plans, and monitor execution to achieve company targets.
- Execute operational budget management by assisting in the preparation of the budget (CapEx + OpEx) with peer areas and supporting its management to ensure actuals align with the plan.
- Identify levers to optimize costs across areas.
- Assist operational planning by gathering inputs from peer areas to help build resource plans (people, equipment, materials) and subsequently monitor them to maximize service levels at the best operational cost.
- Support execution of KPI controls by: assisting in the development of synchronized dashboards for operational monitoring and helping with routine reviews of results with peer areas.
- Assist discussions with the data team, challenge teams to develop action plans, and monitor execution to achieve company targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Technology, or related fields;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis;
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query;
- Experience in project management, KPIs, and dashboard development;
