About the role

  • Data Analyst using Power BI and CRM systems to generate marketing intelligence for Rede Lius Agostinianos. Responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and process information, perform analysis, generate actionable intelligence, and maintain data relevant to the Marketing department;
  • Support Marketing and Relationship Management processes with respect to process automation and performance indicators;
  • Analyze the quality of data entered into the CRM by the Commercial and Relationship teams;
  • Analyze BI data and recommend continuous improvements;
  • Process information and integrate data from the CRM, BI, geomarketing sources, and market research;
  • Generate insights to improve marketing initiatives;
  • Collect data and conduct benchmarking and market research in the education sector;
  • Prepare and present regular reports to managers;
  • Analyze and identify trends and patterns within datasets;
  • Conduct mystery shopping on competitors when necessary;
  • Compile and report results from entrance examinations (vestibular);
  • Map prospect and customer journeys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or Computer Science;
  • Proficiency in Power BI;
  • Experience with the RM Totvs system.
