Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and coordinating the successful operation of multiple resorts
  • Works closely with resort managers, department heads, and corporate executives
  • Ensures the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and financial performance
  • Responsible for business strategy development and execution to maximize property customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Creates a cohesive and high-performance team by providing feedback and holds them accountable for performance
  • Interacts with guests and owners to obtain feedback about their experiences

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Central, FL area
  • Experience working with timeshares and HOA board meetings is preferred
  • Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 6 years’ experience in the management operations, marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
