About the role

  • Customer Success Manager driving digital transformation and customer success with Autodesk Forma in the construction sector. Responsible for relationship management and strategic growth with major AECO organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the relationship health of a selected portfolio of accounts
  • Develop Customer Success Plans, with documented value delivered
  • Improve Autodesk Forma Adoption within these accounts by solving customer challenges with our technology
  • Mitigate any churn risk and guide expansion discussions
  • Become an expert in our Autodesk Forma Platform, in current functionality and roadmap

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in the Construction Industry or Construction Technology Industry
  • Advanced knowledge of AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on Construction Technology
  • Autodesk Forma Platform or similar CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions knowledge
  • Experience communicating the value of technology and its features to customers
  • Italian language proficiency at a professional level (written and spoken)
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Experience in building face-to-face relationships with customers
