About the role
- Execute billing, collections and necessary negotiations to optimize the financial flow of cases (internal and external clients);
- Work with an ownership mindset, seeking to streamline processes to achieve established financial targets;
- Provide support to partners and other firm professionals, monitoring the entire case lifecycle (from opening to receipt of payment).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Knowledge of financial systems;
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and procedures related to the business;
- Proactivity and a results-oriented mindset are essential;
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to various day-to-day situations;
- Logical thinking, strong written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills;
- Intermediate Excel preferred; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint;
- Intermediate to advanced English is a strong plus.
