About the role
- Student Assistant supporting the Project Management team on the LEDVANCE Digital Future project, focusing on documentation and data quality. Flexible part-time hybrid position for students in relevant degrees.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des Projektmanagement Teams beim Großprojekt „LEDVANCE Digital Future (LDF)“
- Aktualisierung und Qualitätssicherung von projektbezogenen Daten in internen Systemen und Tools
- Unterstützung bei der Projektdokumentation (Erstellung, Pflege und Strukturierung von Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Workshops)
- Übernahme kleinerer Aufgaben im Bereich der User Maintenance (z. B. User anlegen, Ordnerstrukturen)
Requirements
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches Denken und Grundverständnis für IT-Systeme
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
