Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and monitor projects
Coordinate internal requirements and external IT service providers
Analyze, document and optimize existing business processes
Initiate and implement digitization and automation initiatives
Act as Product Owner for the ERP system: prioritize and maintain the backlog
Liaise with users and stakeholders
Ensure quality and functionality
Prepare project plans, status reports and documentation
Support business departments in using and further developing the software solutions
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Several years of professional experience in project management (agile and traditional)
Solid IT understanding and practical experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of process analysis and optimization
Experience working with external service providers is an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Independent, structured and result-oriented working style
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong affinity for digitization and new technologies
