About the role
- Projektmanager & Product Owner ERP-Software responsible for overseeing project management and enhancing ERP efficiency. Leading agile teams and collaborating with stakeholders to improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor projects
- Coordinate internal requirements and external IT service providers
- Analyze, document and optimize existing business processes
- Initiate and implement digitization and automation initiatives
- Act as Product Owner for the ERP system: prioritize and maintain the backlog
- Liaise with users and stakeholders
- Ensure quality and functionality
- Prepare project plans, status reports and documentation
- Support business departments in using and further developing the software solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management (agile and traditional)
- Solid IT understanding and practical experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of process analysis and optimization
- Experience working with external service providers is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Independent, structured and result-oriented working style
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong affinity for digitization and new technologies
