Responsibilities
Realizar o atendimento dos clientes via chat, seguindo as instruções do processo padrão.
Identificar e auxiliar nas necessidades dos clientes que entram em contato.
Estudar e aplicar técnicas de CX para otimizar a experiência do cliente durante os atendimentos realizados.
Seguir metas internas e atualizar KPIs de acompanhamento semanalmente.
Auxiliar em projetos internos do time.
Requirements
Superior cursando em Administração, marketing ou áreas correlatas.
Conhecimento intermediário em Excel.
Disponibilidade para atuar 3x na semana home office, e 2x presencial no escritório em São Paulo- SP.
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente.
