About the role

  • BMS Project Sales Manager for Major Project Sales Team in Glasgow area. Responsible for client engagement, relationship building, and sales process management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales process from initial opportunity to project completion.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase.
  • Actively engage with clients, including attending site/client meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Electrical Installation and Panel Contractors.
  • Work closely with Regional Managers and the Operations Team for project success.
  • Identify and proactively address potential client challenges, offering customized solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in BMS projects.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium BMS systems.
