Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee effective containment, preventive and corrective actions.
- Focused on customer satisfaction, from reproducing the customer issues/complaints, determining of the root cause of the failure (if needed in corporation with external research laboratories or in cooperation with Tier2 suppliers)
- Ensuring the needed containment/corrective actions are executed to protect LER and our customers interests.
- Prepare, release, and confidently present/defend LEAR reports to customers (both: Failure Analysis reports and/or 8D) related to quality issues and their resolution.

Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Electronics Engineering; related fields will also be considered)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Electronics and/or Automotive industry will be considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of quality tools and strong problem‑solving mindset (8D methodology)
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills; proactive, organized, and self‑motivated.
