About the role
- Coordinator managing quality assurance for field investigative reports at IP House. Responsible for delivering high-quality insights and supporting investigative teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a repository of field investigation report templates.
- Facilitate the delivery of high-quality reports by providing field investigators support with formatting, proofreading, and other activities that promote clarity, consistency, and professional excellence.
- Facilitate the intake and triage of reports from field investigators, ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness in reporting to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Where appropriate, prepare and draft high-quality field investigation reports based on field investigator notes, evidence, and related materials.
- Support the Manager, Global Field Investigations aligning assignments with client goals, team capacity, and shifting priorities.
- Work closely with the Manager, Global Field Investigations, Associate Directors and field investigators to provide high-quality reports and suggest further investigative ‘next steps’ in an investigation.
- Represent Global Field Investigations in relevant internal operational meetings, advocating for the team’s priorities and communicating updates and action items.
- Systematically gather feedback from team members and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously refine operational processes and provide tailored support.
- Support the team with essential investigative and evidence-gathering activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordinator, operations, or project support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
- Experience supporting teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, balancing independent initiative with appropriate judgment on when to escalate.
- Integrity, discretion, and a commitment to the ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Willingness and ability to adjust working hours on occasion to participate in or support international meetings.
