Responsibilities
He leads, plans, organizes, and controls activities related to manufacturing processes within the company.
He determines space requirements for various functions and layouts, and improves production methods including layout, tooling, production equipment, materials, assembly methods, and labor needs.
He works jointly with planning and design personnel on product and tooling configuration.
He determines production time and identifies necessary methods to optimize the production schedule.
He ensures the monitoring of the company’s Quality Plan in order to optimize production methods and processes.
He is responsible for identifying potential new tooling and machinery developments with central engineering.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Proficiency in the FMEA method
Awareness of production related pressures and ensuring proper functioning of equipment
Good level of spoken and written French and English.
