About the role

Responsibilities
- He leads, plans, organizes, and controls activities related to manufacturing processes within the company.
- He determines space requirements for various functions and layouts, and improves production methods including layout, tooling, production equipment, materials, assembly methods, and labor needs.
- He works jointly with planning and design personnel on product and tooling configuration.
- He determines production time and identifies necessary methods to optimize the production schedule.
- He ensures the monitoring of the company’s Quality Plan in order to optimize production methods and processes.
- He is responsible for identifying potential new tooling and machinery developments with central engineering.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proficiency in the FMEA method
- Awareness of production related pressures and ensuring proper functioning of equipment
- Good level of spoken and written French and English.
