About the role

  • Process Engineer at Lear Corporation leading activities in manufacturing processes and optimizing production schedules in the automotive industry. Ensuring quality and efficiency in the Meknes facility.

Responsibilities

  • He leads, plans, organizes, and controls activities related to manufacturing processes within the company.
  • He determines space requirements for various functions and layouts, and improves production methods including layout, tooling, production equipment, materials, assembly methods, and labor needs.
  • He works jointly with planning and design personnel on product and tooling configuration.
  • He determines production time and identifies necessary methods to optimize the production schedule.
  • He ensures the monitoring of the company’s Quality Plan in order to optimize production methods and processes.
  • He is responsible for identifying potential new tooling and machinery developments with central engineering.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Proficiency in the FMEA method
  • Awareness of production related pressures and ensuring proper functioning of equipment
  • Good level of spoken and written French and English.
