  • Methods Engineer designing and launching production lines for Lear Corporation. Following quality control actions and engineering changes in the automotive manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up of quality corrective actions.
  • Prototype Planning.
  • Trainings.
  • Tooling Material bills.
  • Engineering change Impact analysis and Implementation.
  • Workstation load balancing.

Requirements

  • Education: Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Mechatronics Engineer.
  • At least 1 year of experience preferably in the automotive industry (not essential).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • AutoCAD.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Great analytical skills.
  • Creative/innovative thinking.
  • Initiative.
  • Persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.
  • Capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Time availability for OT
