Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for omnichannel creative project requests and briefs
Oversee the management and usage of a shared event calendar matrix
Maintain project dashboards to track event and activation planning, roles/responsibilities, timelines/due dates, and project close-out tasks
Assist in ascertaining objectives and requirements, assuring all relevant stakeholders’ expectations are aligned with the scope
Identify and mitigate overall project risk by defining assumptions and blockers at the onset
Plot project-specific milestones to keep stakeholders informed on deliverables
Assist with conducting project postmortems, ensuring proper documentation
Requirements
1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com and Asana)
Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Optional: project management certification
Strong communication: clear updates, concise summaries, and follow-through
Organization and attention to detail: able to keep multiple moving parts aligned
Adaptability: flexible with changing priorities and cross-functional needs
Critical thinking and risk management: anticipate risks before they become roadblocks and guide contingency planning
