- Assist with conducting project postmortems, ensuring proper documentation
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com and Asana)
- Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Optional: project management certification
- Strong communication: clear updates, concise summaries, and follow-through
- Organization and attention to detail: able to keep multiple moving parts aligned
- Adaptability: flexible with changing priorities and cross-functional needs
- Critical thinking and risk management: anticipate risks before they become roadblocks and guide contingency planning
