About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support vendor, sourcing and contract assignments, from strategy to execution.
  • Analyse contracts, risks and commercial structures to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Support or lead negotiations and build governance frameworks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Leadout’s methodologies and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, procurement, vendor management or a related domain.
  • You’re known for clarity, vision, and turning strategy into action.
  • Able to build trust quickly across business, finance and IT stakeholders.
  • You are motivated by strategic challenge and collective success.
  • You are fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
