Responsibilities
You plan, implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
You design and optimize email marketing campaigns.
You are responsible for website and campaign analysis using tools such as Google Analytics.
You prepare and interpret analytics reports and present them in client meetings when required.
You derive concrete, data-driven recommendations for action.
You are responsible for conversion optimization to improve the user experience and conversion rate (conceptual, no development work).
Together with the project manager, you develop and implement new approaches and ideas for the client.
You continuously monitor current paid media trends and incorporate them into your campaign strategies.
Requirements
Experience in online marketing (minimum 2 years) and experience in B2B marketing (ideally in the IT sector)
Google Ads experience, solid knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization
Experience with email copywriting (Apollo or similar tools)
Proactive, analytical mindset and solution-oriented thinking
Open, outgoing and strong communication skills
Reliable and organized working style, willingness to develop professionally
Performance-driven and committed within your area of responsibility
German language skills (C2 level) and English language skills (business level)
