Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of judicial and administrative proceedings for auditing purposes, ensuring information compliance and correct case classification.
- Perform daily monitoring of citations, summonses and court publications, ensuring proper routing to the responsible teams.
- Maintain strict control of procedural deadlines to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to internal workflows.
- Register, update and maintain judicial and administrative case records in the legal controllership’s case management systems.
- Prepare and update management reports, indicators and strategic controls to monitor litigation.
- Work collaboratively with in-house counsel, external law firms and other business areas.
- Support internal and external audits by providing information, reports and case analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Advanced knowledge of legal controllership and deadline management.
- Experience with legal case management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (reporting, controls, KPIs and data cross-referencing).
- Familiarity with court portals, electronic case monitoring and publication systems.
- Proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility and organization.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in performed tasks.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize requests and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working on diverse projects, with openness to continuous learning and new activities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Courses in Legal Controllership, Legal Case Management or Deadline Management (desirable).
- Training in Advanced Excel or Data Analysis applied to legal matters (desirable).
- Courses related to organization, auditing or legal compliance (desirable).
