Responsibilities
Collaborate on strategic initiatives within the corporate clients segment
Direct interaction with Sales and specialist departments
Gain insights into the bank’s performance management
Handle capital and funding matters
Support analyses, presentations and decision-making documents
Learn the logic of core products
Contribute to product development based on market and trend monitoring
Improve processes through automation and modern technologies
Take responsibility for your own work packages during the trainee program
Requirements
Completed university degree with a focus on business administration (BWL)
Excellent German and English skills, at least at C1 level
Successfully completed a cognitive ability test during the selection process
Initial experience in sales and/or change processes through internships or working-student positions
Enthusiasm for working through strategic questions
Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
